It started with a video, followed by a dream, which became a passion!

 

Hamish has always enjoyed riding dirt bikes. Coming from a large farm in the North Island of New Zealand he would always be making the next big hill climb and chasing the adrenaline.

 

Fast forward a few years after a move to Perth, Australia, he came across a video, which would change the direction of life forever. It was Snow bikes in North America and it was pretty clear that this was something he had to try.

So he packed up life and made the move to Calgary, Alberta.

 

After a day out with some good friends on their Snowmobiles, it was clear that these machines didn’t hold the excitement and the agility that he longed for! So as you do, he went out and brought a KTM 450 Snow bike with a yeti track kit (the first of many) and has never looked back.

 

Hamish has vast experience riding all over British Columbia, Alberta and Western USA in extreme big mountain terrain, high avalanche zones and alpine areas. Hamish completed avalanche skills training; specific to snow bikes so he is prepared for any situation that may arise.
